It’s also important that you have a healthy relationship with food where you enjoy what you eat and look forward to mealtimes without overeating or craving. We take a balanced approach to nutrition at Tailored Nutrition. This starts with balancing your needs, wants and goals in relation to food and your body.
We recommend you keep a 3-day food diary before your consultation, ensuring you are as accurate with portion sizes as possible. Email your food diary and completed nutrition questionnaire at least 2 days before your consultation so we can review it. We use your food diary to identify your patterns, preferences, nutritional deficiencies, and more, giving us a good basis for the consultation meeting.
